Experience a Columbus County you may not know by seeing it  through the eyes of teen girls who each shares her own unique story of living in the region... from life in a Native American community to interviewing grandparents, to sharing original poetry, art – and much more.

"Where I Come From" is Part I of an ongoing digital project from Coastal Youth Media in collaboration with Community CPR, located in Columbus County, N.C.

This project is funded in part by a grant from South Arts in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts and the North Carolina Arts Council. With additional funding from North Carolina Local News Lab Fund.
